Here are the new changes of worlds for the Data Centers for the curent cycle, this time the only change is that every server listyed below swapped to Standard World: North American Data Center If you're having trouble creating a character on a server it might be because it is registered as a congested world. To make sure that the population of each worlds is balanced the team implemented a system of "Congested Worlds" on which you can't create new characters. Currently downloading FFXIV, and should be ready to play tomorrow, I noticed a 2/1/18 update about preferred worlds.
